Okay, I didn’t like a few of her performances for the past weeks but I gotta give props to her because I like her still as a singer and especially as a person. I don’t know her but her personality just glows out of her and she look so genuine. I like it. Well I wish her best of luck in life and career. Oh I didn’t like her first song but I definitely love the 2nd song with the whole piano thing. I love it, I’ll miss that..
Back to Idol..
I still think Jason Castro is just working his charm and I didn’t see anything magical about his performance. I was surprised to see him first safe at the sofa. Hello! I still love David Cook’s performance, i think I can hear more of the quality of his voice this past weeks. like it. Syesha and Archuleta are the same, I’m just glad Syesha is not the one voted out.
Oh and Ryan said something about the gossips that came out right after the performance night about Paula. About her judging towards Jason Castro and all that confusion. Honestly, after seeing that, I didn’t search for news and all that about the show which I normally do because I know I’ll see some rude comments about it.
I laughed after seeing her comments, I really did. But I didn’t took it against her. I found it a bit goofy and funny. But I also didn’t expect for most of the media and the people to react the same as I did. They can judge people like how they easily judge a fruit if its bitter or not without even tasting it. I know its gonna be a big deal again and would rise up issues yet ‘again’ about her. I just think it’s not fair anymore for her, I’ve seen those rude news and comments for the past years. It’s harsh like its coming from the gods and the perfect people.
I just like how they supported her, I mean it’s so good of him/them. It’s like a family thing were they give support when a member screwed and been thrown trash just because of it. No wonder I love American Idol.
I really hate it, hate it! It’s terrible like you’re actually watching a stupid result show. I mean I so love the show ever since, I adjust schedules to watch it. But as years go by, popularity towards the contestants have been the biggest threat for those who have “REAL TALENTS”.
Just like this result show. The bottom 2 is Syesha Mercado and Carly Smithson. What the hell? They have done a great performance. I was expecting Brooke White and Jason Castro to be the bottom 2.
Why because Jason Castro did a hideous performance of a famous song from the “CATS” stage play. I mean I was bored the whole time, he sounded like a whining cat or better a sick boy. Brooke on the other hand made a mistake and had to start all over again. Okay, I passed that issue bout the whole starting over again because she’s the queen of that thing, but her performance as a whole wasn’t that great either. And the bitter reality is they are both safe. Stupid, really stupid.
I mean I don’t understand fan base sometimes, they would rather see less talented winning a contest. That’s a shame. Well Carly Smithson is already out, I just admire her more right now because she took it gracefully. I just hope that Jason Castro and Brooke White will do their best for the coming weeks. Because I don’t want just a dreamer to win ‘again’, I want to see a “TALENTED DREAMER” this time, a deserving one. I miss seeing that kind finale, for the past two years popular contestants have won the contest and not the most talented one.

Oh I’m excited about American Idol tomorrow! Mariah will be there and she’ll be performing. I didn’t watch the result show last week coz I don’t really feel like it but this one, I’m not gonna miss this!
I saw from another site that she already taped it and performed “Fly Like A Bird” which is just over the top best and will be shown April 9, 7:30pm at Fox. I so love that song. I always like Mariah, I admire her with her craft, first because her voice is just not easy to imitate which is good plus her range is so high. And being a song writer, she’s just good at it including being a collaborator. I’m excited. I also read that she’s gonna perform her 2nd single “Bye Bye” on AI next week, April 16. wow, that is too much if its true! two weeks! hehe.. damn good for my own viewing pleasure. wahaha…
I’m not sure if the contestants will sing her songs but if they do, I’m expecting so much because that’s not gonna be easy.
I knew that “Idol Gives Back” episodes will just gonna be awesome! and looks who’s kicking in! One and Only MC. hahaha… Wee!
I am not referring to anything bad, but I really believe that Brooke White is one American Idol’s talented contestant. This particular performance made me believe that she can really do magic.Her performance of the song ‘Let It Be’ is just so amazing yet its like coming out of her naturally. I love how she sings, I love her personality. Ever since she sang “You’re so Vain”, I’ve been a fan. You just gotta love her. Simple song sang in an amazing and heartfelt way.
Well I just don’t know about her, but even if her song is not that good, she still look pleasant. Her reactions to bad critics is very good too. I like her! She’ll stay long this season.
So it was the moment of truth for the remaining Top 11 and unfortunately one of them had to bid farewell. It was an interesting night as they sang once more some beatles hits. Kelly Pickler, season 5 contestant graced the show with her song.
The bottom 3 for the night is Carly Smithson, Kristy Lee Cook and Amanda Overmyer. In all honesty, I was a bit pissed when Carly had to be in the bottom 3. I just think some of the contestant had a pretty bad performance than Carly. But I’m not surprise with Kristy and Amanda being at the bottom 3. Back during the auditions, I kinda like Amanda Overmyer because she really got this good tone on her voice. But as the show continues, she became obnoxiously boring and I just don’t like how she reacts during the show. It’s like she doesn’t really give a heck about it. Kristy in my opinion got a good singing voice with no impact or whatsoever for that matter. It is just week by week her performance is becoming unbearably hideous. Read the rest of this entry »
So it was Beatles night (again). I was expecting a more entertaining show than last week but most of them bore me to death. I love the show that’s why I watch it like 5 times every episode and more when I download it on my computer. Being a fan of the show for almost 5 seasons, the show and how the judges are going to react on the performance are quite predictable for me, not that it’s a bad thing.
