Web 2.0 Chaos

So what is Web 2.0, all I know is that it refers to the information sharing, the World Wide Web, web design, web development and much more. And yes, there’s chaos behind it as issues have been coming up about different respected people and groups known for this matter.

O’Reilly for once is being shot by these controversies as a group by the name if WebGuild is throwing back at him issues such as using all his might to do his dirty works. It is said that he is holding a powerful group of sponsors, speakers and bloggers to withdraw their support for the WebGuild Conferences and Events. Thus, is he really pushing the limit on acquiring all the fame and knowledge behind web 2.0? They said that O’Reilly put up events for the said matter but not everyone can actually attend. If this is true then what’s the point of free flowing knowledge about web technology that clearly refers to Web 2.0. Is O’Reilly playing some power for his own gain?

I clearly believe that these information should be shared to those web enthusiast and not just to people who can finance or obviously aware already about the stuff that will be said on the conference. I think that access to this event is essential and should be granted to those who want to attend; by this we can assure a faster growth on web technology and a brighter future for the young webmasters. Knowledge should always be shared and ‘all’ people should be credited for their hard work and support. It should never stop just to one person.
