April 5th, 2008 Summer Tutorial for a Cause

Oh no, I’m not taking part on a summer school program. Well I used to, teaching kids during summer but not this year. Hehe. It’s just my lame way of convincing my self that I had to do this one. I’m writing a summer lesson plan and activities for Marvin.

Who’s Marvin? Well he’s my cousin and he’s on 2^nd grade. He’s more of a brother to me already because he’s been living here for almost all his life. Hehe.. It’s just because he came from a broken family and either of his parent can support him. So my sister took him when he was just a year old and the rest is chaos (history I mean). Lol.

So I need to do this because we haven’t monitored his activities last school year and his grades went down. I am the one responsible (I think) because I’m the only one here with him that time and I’m just too stubborn to care. Blame it on his tutor since she left halfway of the school year. Hehehe

We didn’t enroll him on a summer activities, he always join swimming lessons during summer but he’ll pass this time. I really have to prepare him for the next school year so he won’t get used to just taking his school work like any of his games.

I dread to think of this but I know I have to do it. Lol.
