Awhile ago my sister got here and she’s obviously on a food trip state (that’s not good for my groceries, is it?) lol. Well she end up doing some tacos.

Taco [that fried tortilla with fillings and beef)

We do it this way…

We used…

beef [shredded or ground]
white onion diced [in our case its ‘very’ little diced coz I’m not fond of it much]
tomato diced
lettuce
Cheese [grated]
Tabasco sauce
Corn tortillas

Our way of doing it is just cooking the beef on a skillet with oil and onions. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Then that’s it. Okay for the lettuce; make sure it’s clean enough to be eaten fresh as well as the other veggies.

You just put lettuce on the tortilla, tomatoes, white onions and beef. Then we put Tabasco sauce into it and the grated cheese. Some do the salsa for it like cooking the tomatoes and stuff, but we like it fresh that’s why. And that’s it, ready to be served.

And guess what!!?? [haha]

I happened to buy the wrong Tabasco sauce when I did my grocery shopping. Heehee, I bought the green mild one instead of the red chili one. And so the green one is not chili at all and it taste kind of sour.

So I ruined the food trip?

Unfortunately, yes I did.

Well to make up for that, I cook another one.

It’s also a tortilla recipe but I used tortilla wraps instead.

I just sautéed beef and put tomato sauce into it and a little ketchup and sugar.

Then I put tomatoes on my tortilla wraps and white onions, cheese and then the beef.

I put it in the oven for about 5 minutes and that’s it.

Okay, they liked it.

I didn’t ruin that food trip that much. Hahaha
